“One thing as an artist that I sometimes take for granted is the ingenuity of problem-solving.”

A.Ibyadullin is a multidisciplinary artist who primarily uses digital and film photography to capture the emotional texture of everyday life. She’s especially drawn to quiet, in-between moments—things that might seem ordinary at first but carry a sense of softness, care, or subtle weight.

After spending the last couple of years focused on tattooing, she’s now returning to photography, using it to reconnect with her creative practice. Lately, she’s been photographing her day-to-day surroundings without pressure to produce a big project—just observing, documenting, and rebuilding her relationship with the medium.

While photography is her main focus, she occasionally uses painting and other materials to create mixed-media work that reflects the layered nature of memory and emotion. Her work often incorporates themes of labor, identity, and resilience, influenced by her personal experience and the environments she moves through.

At the core of her practice is a desire to make honest work—images that feel familiar and a little tender and leave room for the viewer to find their meaning.
