βOne thing as an artist that I sometimes take for granted is the ingenuity of problem-solving.β
A. Ibyadullin is a multidisciplinary artist who works primarily with digital and film photography to capture the emotional texture of everyday life. She is especially drawn to quiet, in-between moments that may seem ordinary at first but hold a sense of softness, care, or subtle weight.
After spending the last couple of years focused on tattooing, she has returned to photography as a way to reconnect with her creative practice. Recently she has been photographing her day-to-day surroundings without the pressure of a larger project, simply observing, documenting, and rebuilding her relationship with the medium.
While photography is her main focus, she also works with painting and other materials to create mixed-media pieces that reflect the layered nature of memory and emotion. Her work often engages with themes of labor, identity, and resilience, shaped by her personal experiences and the environments she moves through.
At the core of her practice is a desire to create honest work. She aims to make images that feel familiar and tender, while leaving room for the viewer to bring their own meaning.
